If you think you may have left something on a CrossCountry train, please get in touch and we’ll do all we can to help.
Please call our Customer Relations Team or send an email telling them as many details as possible about the item, which train you were on and where the item might be on the train.
If you left the item at a station, our team can give you contact details of the relevant station operating company.
